What does a Real Estate Lawyer Do?

Our purpose is to help you with advice and legal services related to your Florida real estate purchase. Most importantly, we protect your interests and make sure that your transaction goes smoothly with no surprises after the deal is done.

Your lawyer will help you understand the contracts and make sure that your rights are protected. He will check that there are no covenants, easements, liens, etc. against the property that will interfere with your rights and enjoyment of the property. She prepares and registers the legal documents and reviews and explains the terms of the mortgage.

During closing he will make sure that you get all adjustments that you are entitled to and review all the papers that you will be signing. She will deal with title issues and any other unexpected issues that arise. He will look out for your interests at every point in your real estate transaction and make sure that you understand every part of the process.

Several or our more recent projects include The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences, the 100Central/Whole Foods Plaza, The Sanctuary, L 'Ambiance on Longboat Key, L'Elegance on Lido Key, Gulf & Bay Club on Siesta Key, and the Polo Club at Lakewood Ranch.
