Sue A. Jacobson

Sue's clients include developers, other property owners, and financial institutions in the full range of legal issues involved in real property and lending transactions, be they transfers, leases, financing or title issues. She has extensive experience in lending transactions of all types - real estate, asset based, or unsecured - from loan commitment, to closing, modification and workouts. She is experienced in the management of complex commercial transactions.

Sue was born in Elmira , New York . She attended the University of Rochester where she received her BA in Psychology in 1975. She got a Master of Science Degree in Social Administration from Case Western University in 1977. Sue received her J.D., cum laude, in 1980 from Albany Law School of Union University, where she was personal research assistant to the Dean of the law school and a member of the Justinian Honor Society. Following law school, Sue was a Confidential Law Research Assistant to the Justices of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department, in Albany , New York (1980-81).
