Scott E. Rudacille practices in the areas of land use, local government, and administrative law, representing both private and public sector clients. Scott's private sector practice includes assisting developer clients and private property owners in all areas of permitting and local administrative proceedings, including site plan approvals, subdivisions, rezonings, comprehensive plan amendments, planned developments, Developments of Regional Impact, water management district permitting, DEP coastal permitting, code enforcement proceedings, and Value Adjustment Board proceedings. His public sector practice includes general representation of governmental clients, including municipalities, school districts, special taxing districts, intergovernmental agencies, and community development districts.

Scott is Board Certified in City, County and Local Government Law by the Florida Bar's Board of Legal Specialization. Scott has lectured at Florida Bar and Florida Planning and Zoning Association seminars and conferences, on such subjects as Florida 's Government in the Sunshine Law, Public Records Laws, Ethics Laws, and the land use approval process. He has published articles on a number of subjects related to land use and local government issues, including community development districts and ad valorem tax appeals. Education and Awards
Scott was a National Merit Scholar and received his Bachelor of Science degree, with Honors, from the University of Florida in 2001, and his Juris Doctorate degree, with Honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2004. In law school, he received a merit-based scholarship and earned the Book Award in Torts. Community Involvement
Scott is a native of Manatee County and lives in Holmes Beach with his wife, Janae, and son, Cale. He has been named Reader's Choice for Attorney by the readership of the Anna Maria Island Sun Newspaper five times.
