Tim joined the firm in 2010, after graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law (JD), where he was an Editor of The Florida Law Review and where his note " The Consent-Once-Removed Doctrine: The Constitutionality Of Passing Consent From An Informant To Law Enforcement, 62 Fla. L. Rev. 493 (2010) was published. Tim obtained his BA and BS from the University of Central Florida (2005).
He is a member of the Order of the Coif, an honorary scholastic society, the purpose of which is to encourage excellence in legal education by fostering a spirit of careful study, recognizing those who as law students attained a high grade of scholarship, and honoring those who as lawyers, judges and teachers attained high distinction for their scholarly or professional accomplishments.
Tim was born in Belleville , Illinois and raised in Brandon , Florida . He interned at both the Office of the State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit and the Orange County Public Defender's Office. He resides in Sarasota with his wife Michelle.
Tim is a member of the Florida and Sarasota County Bar Associations.
